From Application to Offer Letter — Here’s Exactly How It Works.

No black boxes, no ghosting, no 12-round gauntlets. A clear, respectful process designed to find drive — not just resumes.

The Application Journey

  1. 01

    Apply Online (5 Minutes)

Fill out a short application form: your background, your stream of interest, and why you want in. No cover-letter theatre. No "10 years of experience for an internship" nonsense.

What we look for: Curiosity, drive, and honesty. Experience is a bonus, not a barrier.

  2. 02

    Quick Chat (20–30 Minutes)

A friendly conversation — not an interrogation. We learn about you, you learn about us. Expect questions about things you’ve built, broken, or dreamed of building. (And yes — "nothing yet" is a valid answer if the drive is there.)

  3. 03

Practical Challenge (2–3 Days, Respects Your Schedule)

A small, realistic task based on your chosen stream — like building a simple page, writing a mini script, or planning a tiny project. Designed to take a few hours, not your weekend.

Why we do this: Real work is the programme’s core, so we select on real work — not GPA or buzzwords. You can use documentation, AI, and search engines just like real developers do.

  4. 04

    Offer & Onboarding

Get your offer with fee and payment-plan details, stream assignment, mentor introduction, and your first project. Most decisions land within a week of your challenge submission.

Your First 90 Days

What Actually Happens After You Join

Weeks 1–2 — Setup & Immersion

Environment setup, team introductions, mentor pairing, and a guided tour of a live project codebase or client account. You shadow, you ask, you absorb.

Weeks 3–6 — First Real Tickets

You ship your first small features/tasks to production under code review and mentor supervision. Your commits go live. Your name hits the changelog.

Weeks 7–12 — Ownership Blooms

You own a feature or workstream end to end. You join client calls (PM stream) or lead a module (dev streams). By day 90, you have real shipped work for your portfolio.

The Growth Ladder

Intern → Junior → Mid. Climb While You’re Here.

Level 1 — Intern (Months 0–6)

Learn the craft, ship supervised work, build your portfolio core. Your training year begins with structured fundamentals.

Level 2 — Junior Professional (Months 6–12)

Own features and small projects independently. Mentor newer interns. A recognised promotion milestone on your record.

Level 3 — Graduate & Launch (End of Year)

Lead modules or client workstreams. Interview candidates. Exit with a production portfolio, references, and the strongest job-offer consideration.

Each promotion is a verified career milestone — documented, referenced, and yours to keep.

The Deal, Both Ways

  • Take initiative — this isn’t a coaching class; you research, experiment, and find solutions for your assigned tasks.
  • Show up curious — ask questions and seek mentorship when blocked.
  • Respect deadlines and communicate early when blocked.
  • Treat client work with professionalism (it’s real, live, and matters).
  • Support your teammates — interns who lift each other rise fastest here.

In return, we promise: real work, real mentorship, a transparent programme fee with flexible payment plans, a real shot at a full-time offer — and cancel anytime with zero fees, remaining months refunded in full.

The Process Is Simple. The Opportunity Is Not One to Miss.

Rolling applications. Limited seats per stream in Nagpur. And remember: cancel anytime, zero fees — the remaining months are refunded in full, no strings attached.
