We Don’t Offer Internships. We Launch Careers.

IDEA Launchpad is a mentored, project-based internship programme built on one radical idea: interns should do real work, on real projects, with real mentorship — and leave with a portfolio that opens doors.

Why IDEA Launchpad Exists

Every founder here has the same scar tissue: we were once interns too. We photocopied documents. We watched seniors work while we updated spreadsheets. We were told to be "grateful for the opportunity."

When we built our company in Nagpur, we refused to run it that way.

And there was a second frustration — one we heard from every hiring manager we knew: fresh graduates aren’t ready. Not because they lack intelligence, but because the system trained them for the wrong game. Exams test memorised syntax on paper. Industry runs on debugging legacy code, reading other people’s codebases, handling messy data, and using Git, Docker, and CI/CD daily — skills no classroom teaches.

IDEA Launchpad started as a simple experiment: what if interns were treated like junior professionals from day one — given real client projects, real responsibility, real mentorship, and a transparent programme fee with flexible payment plans — while learning the practical layer college skips?

The experiment worked. Interns shipped products. Clients were thrilled. Careers took off. Today, the programme spans seventeen streams across six domain groups — from AI engineering to security to project management — each a focused 1-year track with payment plans that reward commitment.

Real Work, Not Busywork

You will never fetch coffee, file paperwork, or build a to-do app "for practice." From week one, you’re assigned to a live client project with real users and real stakes. Yes, it’s scarier. It’s also how you actually learn.

Not A Coaching Institute

We don’t teach tech or deliver lectures on syntax. We give you real tasks and expect you to research, experiment, and find solutions yourself. Mentors review your work, unblock you when stuck, and guide your architecture — but you drive the execution.

AI-Augmented Velocity

We don’t ban artificial intelligence — we integrate it into every stream. You’ll master modern AI coding assistants (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT) to write tests, debug errors, and ship high-quality features 3x faster.

100% Shareable Portfolio

Client projects are structured so you retain full portfolio rights. You leave with approved live URLs, case studies, production metrics, and GitHub commits you can confidently show in any job interview.

Transparent, Flexible Fees

One year of serious training, priced transparently per stream. Choose the payment plan that fits: Monthly (12 instalments), Quarterly (10% off), Half-Yearly (25% off), or Yearly (33% off). You invest in real skills — and the skills pay you back for a career.

Cancel Anytime, Zero Fees

Cancel anytime, zero cancellation fees, no strings attached — leave partway through the year and the remaining months are refunded in full. Land a job after 3 months on an upfront plan? The other 9 months come straight back to you.

Mentorship Over Sink-or-Swim

Throwing interns into the deep end without support isn’t "tough love" — it’s bad management. Every intern gets a dedicated mentor: a senior engineer or project manager who reviews your work, answers your questions, and has your back.

What "Real Projects" Actually Means

FeatureTypical InternshipIDEA Launchpad Programme
Project TypeInternal dummy projects nobody usesLive client deliverables — web apps, websites, AI tools, mobile apps
Learning ModelWhiteboard lectures & step-by-step classesTask-based: research, problem-solve, build, and ship with 1:1 mentor unblocking
AI IntegrationBanned or ignored in assignmentsMandatory AI assistant workflows (Cursor, Copilot, LLM prompt engineering)
Output DestinationDeleted or archived after reviewShipped to real users and hosted in production
Portfolio ValuePaper certificate hiring managers ignore100% shareable client names, live URLs, production metrics, and GitHub commits
Skill AcquisitionMemorising textbook syntaxProfessional Git workflows, legacy debugging, CI/CD, dirty data handling
Programme FeeHidden costs or vague "training deposits"Transparent annual fee with flexible payment plans — up to 33% off on the Yearly plan

When your next interviewer asks "tell me about a project you’ve shipped," you’ll have a real answer with live links and metrics.

The Skills Layer (What College Skips)

Real projects also teach what classrooms can’t:

  • Professional Git & tooling

Branching, pull requests, code reviews, Docker, CI/CD — from Week 1, not as a senior-year elective.

  • AI-assisted development

Using Cursor, Copilot, and LLMs for rapid prototyping, debugging, and test suite generation.

  • Reading code, not just writing it

Every project you join is a real, pre-existing codebase.

  • Debugging as a discipline

Stack traces, breakpoints, unit tests, isolating faults in systems you didn’t build.

  • Error handling & edge cases

Real users try to break things daily; you’ll learn to think ahead of them.

  • System thinking

You’ll see how frontend, backend, database, and APIs fit together because you’ll work across them.

One Year, Zero Wasted Time

Every stream is a focused 1-year track — long enough for deep specialisation and a serious portfolio, short enough to launch your career fast.

  • Foundations — the first months ground you in professional workflow and tools.
  • Specialisation — own real client deliverables in your stream.
  • Launch — finish with a production portfolio, references, and job-offer conversations.

At every checkpoint, you and your mentor decide together: go deeper, or launch onward.

The Best of Both Worlds

We’re hybrid because learning happens best through both collaboration and focused execution:

In-office days (3 days/week, Nagpur)

Pair programming, whiteboarding, mentorship sessions, and the energy of a team shipping together.

Remote days (2 days/week)

Deep focus work, flexible scheduling around classes, and learning to deliver asynchronously (a skill every modern employer wants).

“When you join IDEA Launchpad, I personally promise three things: your fee buys real training on real client work — never busywork, you will ship work you’re proud to show anyone, and you will always be treated as a professional in the making. If we ever break that promise, you have my direct number.”
— Amol W., Founder, IDEA Launchpad
